One mountain, described properly

Most booking sites treat Tara as one pin on a map. It is not. Kaluđerske Bare and Zaovine are half an hour apart and feel like different countries; Perućac is a river resort, Mitrovac a forest clearing. We wanted a site where you can choose where to sleep after understanding where you are going.

That is why the site has two halves: accommodation, listed directly by the hosts, and a guide that describes viewpoints, lakes, trails and villages one by one.

How we work

• Guests pay no fee. Requests go straight to the host.
• Every listing is checked by a person before it is published.
• Photos on listings belong to the hosts. Illustrations on the site are drawn by us.
